Pick Up Orders are ONLY to be picked up on FRIDAYS & SATURDAY before 6 p.m.  

ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING THE WEEK OF OR BEFORE 9AM EST ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ARE BAKED AND SHIPPED BETWEEN MONDAY-WEDNESDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK!

• BAKING IS ONLY DONE MONDAY- WEDNESDAY TO ENSURE THAT ORDERS ARE RECEIVED AS FRESH AS POSSIBLE WHEN BEING SHIPPED.
  
• WE DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ORDERS ON SUNDAYS. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING OUR BAKERY FOR YOUR SWEET TREATS.

• Cherris Vegan Treats ships all orders throughout the United state using USPS as our third party shipping carriers.
• All orders are proccessed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are only shipped within the United States, using ground, 2 day shipping Monday-Wednesday to avoid shipping overlays.
• Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and holidays

We bake fresh every Monday, Tuesday, and early Wednesday to ship out in time for the week!

• Orders placed on or before Wednesday at 7:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped the same week, depending on order volume.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

• We're not just sending you desserts we're sending you a sweet treat experience 

• Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the united states
• UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO Adresses
• Cherri's Vegan Treats is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• During peak holiday season in the months of November through February and during sale days, orders will process in the order they are placed

• Your treats will arrive half frozen to ensure its freshness, treats will not arrive fully frozen. 
• Once you have received your order, place the delicates in your fridge
• Let it thaw to room temperture before digging into your beautiful delicious treats
• Our treats are all handmade from scratch and freshly made the day of shipping or the day before

• Cherri's Vegan Treats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information, to the email you provided when you placed your order. Once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 
• Delivery Acceptance: It is important to promptly accept your delivery upon arrival. Due to the parishable nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible for items left unattended after delivery.

Return Policy

• CHERRI'S VEGAN TREATS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER OR ANY OTHER CONCERNS, PLEASE EMAIL US DIRECTLY AT [email protected].  PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND YOUR QUESTION/CONCERN.

• PLEASE READ THE FULL INGREDIENTS LIST AND ALLERGY WARNINGS UNDER EACH INDIVISUAL PRODUCT. THOSE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES ARE ENCOURAGED NOT TO PURCHASE FROM CHERRI'S VEGAN TREATS BAKERY. WE DO NOT ASSUME ANYONES ALLERGIES AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONES ALLERGIC REACTIONS.
