Pick Up Orders are ONLY to be picked up on SUNDAY before 6 p.m.  


ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING MONDAY-WEDNESDAY WILL BE BAKED FRESH SATURDAY & SUNDAY AND SHIPPED OUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK BETWEEN MONDAY-WEDNESDAY! OUR WEBSITE WILL CLOSE AFTER WEDNESDAY AT 10PM AND WILL REOPEN EACH WEEK ON MONDAY AT 9AM!

  • BAKING IS ONLY DONE SATURDAY & SUNDAY TO ENSURE THAT ORDERS ARE RECEIVED AS FRESH AS POSSIBLE WHEN BEING SHIPPED.
  • WE DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ORDERS ON SUNDAYS. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING OUR BAKERY FOR YOUR SWEET TREATS.

  • Cherris Vegan Treats ships all orders throughout the United state using USPS as our third party shipping carriers.
  • All orders are proccessed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are only shipped within the United States, using ground, 2 day shipping Monday-Wednesday to avoid shipping overlays.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and holidays

  • South Carolina Shipping Guarantee
    Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the united states
  • UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO Adresses
  • Cherri's Vegan Treats is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • During peak holiday season in the months of November through February and during sale days, orders will process in the order they are placed

  • Guaranteed Freshness 
    Your treats will arrive chilled to ensure its freshness.
  • Our treats are all handmade from scratch and freshly made the day of shipping or the day before

  • Damages
    Cherri's Vegan Treats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information, to the email you provided when you placed your order. Once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 
  • Delivery Acceptance: It is important to promptly accept your delivery upon arrival. Due to the parishable nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible for items left unattended after delivery.
